This is an interesting sheet. Winnie the Pooh postage stamps were issued by the Post Office in 1979. This sheet was produced in 1980 for an International Year of the Child exhibition with black bars over the corners so as to show that they were not valid for postage. However, despite the inscription at the bottom, they were not authorised by The Post Office and were controversial at the time. More common that you might imagine.

This sheet is from stamp printing Enschede in the Netherlands produced for Amphilex 2002. The central image of the world is a hologram.
