Of course famous for his Griffin and Sabine series of illustrated books and his depiction of fantasy stamps. I recently came across another miniature sheet that was produced for one of his books, 'The Museum at Purgatory'. This takes the number of his fantasy miniature sheets actually printed to three:

'The Griffin and Sabine Writing Box', a stationery set relating to the books. Although this is now very rare and sells, when you can get hold of a copy, for £250.00 plus.

'Capolan: Travels of a Vagabond Country'. This consists of a 48 page book and postcards as well as the miniature sheet. This is fairly easy to obtain.

'The Museum of Purgatory' is, again, a fully illustrated work of fiction featuring many stamps. It centres around Dystopian States (such as Inferno, Styx, Hades etc) and Utopian States (Eden, Shangri-la, Nirvana etc) and a museum curator, Non, from Purgatory. I was able to purchase this book very recently and very reasonably. The related miniature sheet was affixed to the inside back cover in a glassine envelope.

There is also a very good autobiography/anthology of his work called 'The Artful Dodger:Images and Reflections' which features a whole section on his stamps although there is no associated stamp product as far as I am aware.

Here are all three miniature sheets:

This cover must have been sent by Nick Bantock himself. British born but lives or lived in the vicinity of Bowen Island, BC, Canada. It features a Sicmon Island stamp with a Katin postmark from his Griffin and Sabine books. The Canada Commonwealth Games 1988 stamp has been cancelled with a nice Bowen Island, BC handstamp. Unfortunately an additional dot matrix cancellation has been applied making it difficult to read any date.
