Forum members who subscribed to the Welsh Oddities may recall a recurring character - Welsh author extraordainaire Huw Puw Caru, never had a work published under his own name. I have now completed his biography, at least that of his first life, and it is available on Amazon now in https://www.amazon.co.uk/Man-Mythtory-Life-Times-Caru-ebook/dp/B08778JXPF/ref=sr_1_2?dchild=1&keywords=steve+Tandy&qid=1587209136&sr=8-2" rel="nofollow - Kindle and https://www.amazon.co.uk/Man-Mythtory-Life-Times-Caru-ebook/dp/B08778JXPF/ref=sr_1_2?dchild=1&keywords=steve+Tandy&qid=1587209136&sr=8-2" rel="nofollow - paperback editions.
This is the perfect adsition the the Oddities as Caru came into contact with many of the events and people mentioned in the backstories. Read about Caru's extracurricular activities. Like Caru himself, this book has hidden depths.

The first anthology of Caru's short stories will appear later in the year, with tales from the 1920s onwards - even one written posthumously

or you send me copy, I sign and repost it

Authors do not get free copies

I can do signed copies happily and send out at cost price. It's a hefty tome, weighing in at 850 grams. First class UK post is £3.58 + £8.05 for the actual book. The Royal Mail cost finder website cannot handle the postage to USA; it just clears all the inputs and prompts me to start again ad infinitum. I will have to enquire in person at a local post office.

Can all interested please pm me so I can get sufficient copies in. Thanks

Steve - could you order a book and sign it for me please?

The one I had bought from Amazon originally - that I had hoped to get signed when we next met - is already looking 'well-read'!  It's been in the car, in the garden and all over the house including the bathroom (not Durham yet but I might have to follow my instincts...) so I can catch up whenever I get a spare moment.

Do you have to order in batches?  Hopefully everyone here will update their messages boxes and get back to you quickly  :-)

Sorry Steve, I got sidetracked.  Can you send me a PM telling me how to pay and I’ll rush you the money.

Well I had been considering a deluxe illustrated edition for the signings. Obviously this would cost more but I have no idea how much more. The illustrations would be welsh Oddities appropriate to the narrative.

No need to rush any oney whichever way it goes. I will need to know how many to order and then and only then do they get printer. If illustrateds are the way to go that will add some delay.

I am quite happy with a signed copy of the first edition, thank you Steve.

If there is to be an illustrated version later then I'll have one of those too please, signed by author and illustrator, when those become available Thumbs Up
