Scott Stamp Mounts are manufactured by Prinz, so refer to the Prinz size list for Scott mounts. Lighthouse Stamp Mounts are manufactured by Hawid, so refer to the Hawid list for Lighthouse sizes. However Scott mounts and Lighthouse mounts may well be sold with a different number of strips in each pack, so some research may be required.

Please note that there are mount sizes manufactured that will more accurately fit some Discworld stamps.  The ones chosen represent a reasonable compromise between the most suitable mount sizes and the aim of economy, that is to say the avoidance of having to purchase too many different sized packs and then only using a few out of each pack. Trimming your mounts, not only off the strip but also in height, will result in neatness and a good fit for each stamp.
