In the wake of yet another damaging aftershock, perhaps it's time to remind any latecomers that sheets are still available, with all proceeds going to the Red cross earthquake appeal.

We are now up to £445.  I have more sheets.  They are really lovely things.  I'm sure you need more.

I got my sheets a while back and very smart they are too. Congratulations to both Hilary and Keith for undertaking this project and for raising the funds for such a worthwhile cause and for not deducting anything for their time and costs.

The new edition of Stamp & Coin Mart (June) features an article on Cinderellas under the general heading of Back to Basics. It gives a one page introduction to Cinderellas and not only mentions the Earthquake Appeal stamp but illustrates the sheet! Well done to whoever achieved that and congratulations, again, to Hilary and Keith.

What fun!

I hope it helps to raise a bit more dosh for the appeal - it has slipped from our headlines, but I'm sure the misery continues.

Keith tells me that Stamp & Coin Mart have actually joined the forum, which is splendid news, and we must hope they become regular participants.

I was wondering where the influx of new members had suddenly come from (hopefully the article mentions the forum too) - congratulations again Hilary and Keith!  Did you send them the story or did the magazine source the article themselves?

I wish I could claim credit.

Me too.  I've no idea how they found out about it.  But I expect our knighthood and damehood to be in the post soon.

They have one reader who has asked about buying the stamp.  I do still have about 20 sheets left if anyone wants to try to corner the market before the price goes through the roof!

Perhaps on Monday when the good people of S&CM get back to their desks all will be revealed?
