(Reposted, as the original was moved, even though it wasn't selling anything).

Sorry Peter.

It was this bit of the original posting:

Cap'n Longshaft also wants it known that he be sendin' over the next lot o' Pyrattican stamps, and I be sendin' details to those who need 'em soon.

Which you have now removed, which seemed to imply to me that this thread was about to turn into a sales page...

I just thought I'd nip it in the bud before it went further and avoid the sort of confusion we have had with some of the previous posts.

The rule of thumb (for me) is that when a stamp producer starts a thread which talks about their own forthcoming stamps then that is implying that sales are likely to follow and should be in Market Place; when a collector starts a thread discussing stamps they have acquired, then that is more appropriate to this discussion thread.

Of course the over-riding rule to ALL these things is whatever I do will be wrong.  LOL

Happy Talk Like a Pirate Day to you too!

I began this forum as a place to discuss and share ALL cinderella stamps. It is my first forum and is not perfect BUT I will endeavour to make it the best available.

Any positive help appreciated!

The pirate plunder arrived safe and sound Pete. Enough in that issue for 300 years. I must get down to a good look at the rarities, but I like the Pyralympics; and of course all the rest. Many thanks

Mine arrived too and there is so much to look at I made the big mistake of setting it aside to look at when I had more time.  Now I have looked - Wow!  There is so much!  Great stuff Pete.  And nice to see some perforated stamps too, I particularly like the Pyralympics set.

Now where am I going to put everything?!  Big smile

Received mine as well. There is so much included in each sending that I too set them aside to look at at a later date . Having now done so I have to say that they are well up to Pete's usual high standard, beautifully presented and with something innovative in each sending. My favourite item in this lot is the Tri-centenary image in blalck and white with the coloured fireworks and sky.

Keep up the good work Pete.
